Expert Consulting time, including travel, will
be billed at the rate of one hundred seventy five dollars ($175.00) per hour. Work done on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
at the request of our clients will be billed at two hundred twenty five dollars ($225.00) per hour. Secretarial and assistant
time will be billed at thrity-five dollars ($35.00)per-hour. Crash Data Retrevial (CDR) down load fee is $500.00 plus $125.00/hour
for technician's time to download data.
Expense, such as parking, tolls, mileage, photography,
lodging, airfare and car rentals etc., are additional. Any single expense exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00)
will be approved by the client before expenditure.
A non-refundable one thousand dollars
($1000.00) retainer is required for all civil matters, which will be credited toward the first invoice.
Criminal defense cases require a
non-refundable retainer in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5000.00). Upon completion of the initial retainer
another retainer will be required to continue work on the case.
All retainers and payment of
invoices will be issued on the representing attorney's firm checks. Personal checks or money orders will not be accepted.
Court testimony is billed at a minimum of $1,400.00
per day with time exceeding eight hours being billed at $175.00 / hour in quarter hour increments. Additional fees such as
parking, meals, mileage, airfare etc. will be aded to the invoice. Travel time is not included in the minimum fee.
Deposition testimony is billed at a minimum of
$600.00 per appearance and covers three hours; depositions lasting longer than three hours will be billed at $175.00 per hour
in quarter hour increments. Travel time is not included in the minimum fee.
