Expert Consulting time, including travel,
will be billed at the rate of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per hour. Work done on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, at the
request of our clients, will be billed at two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per hour. Assistant time will be billed at
$45.00/hour. Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) down load fee is $250.00 plus $110.00/hour for technician's time to download
data.
Expense, such as parking, tolls, mileage,
photography, lodging, airfare and car rentals etc., are additional. Any single expense exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00) will be approved by the client before expenditure.
A non-refundable one thousand dollars ($1000.00) retainer
is required for all civil matters; which will be credited toward the first invoice.
Criminal defense cases require a non-refundable retainer
in the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00). Upon completion of the initial retainer another
retainer of five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be required to continue work on the case.
All retainers and payment of invoices will be issued on
the representing attorney's firm checks. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Court testimony is billed at a minimum of $1,600.00/day; time exceeding
eight hours will be billed at $200.00 / hour in quarter hour increments. Additional fees such as parking, meals, mileage,
airfare etc. will be added to the invoice. Travel time is not included in the minimum fee.
Deposition testimony is billed at a minimum of $675.00 per appearance and covers three hours;
depositions lasting longer than three hours will be billed at $300.00 per hour in quarter hour increments. Travel time is
not included in the minimum fee. .
