Accident Investigation/Reconstruction: Expertise in the reconstruction of traffic collision and Forensic Visual Perception. Seventeen years as a police officer investigating several thousand automobile collisions.  Six years teaching experience in accident reconstruction.  Published author in the field of accident reconstruction.  Qualified expert witness in the field of traffic accident investigation & reconstruction and Forensic Visual Perception, having testified in, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and the Federal Court for Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Georgia.

Full time staff member of accident investigation & reconstruction training division. Assisted in developing the curriculum for the advanced traffic accident investigation and reconstruction courses, which are currently being presented by the institute. As a full time staff member, my duties included instructing over 3,000 members of the accident reconstruction community including ,police officers, engineers, attorneys, and doctors throughout the United States and several foreign countries.

 

 COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. MAHONEY  (1988)      Consulting expert to the Kentucky Attorney General's Office. Provided expert technical advises in the investigation and reconstruction of the worst DUI Homicide case in the history of the United States.

 UNIFORM PATROL (1969 - 1979, 1982)

        Duties included all facets of police patrol responsibilities including investigation of automobile collisions with serious personal injury and fatality accidents

Primary Duty was the investigation of all motor vehicle accident with emphasis on investigation and causative analysis of serious personal injury and fatal collisions.
